Privacy notice

Your name, email, phone number, eligibility category, who invited you, your typical score and experience level, a preferred teammate if you name one, your dinner preference, your photo preference, an emergency contact, and any notes you write.

To build 12 balanced teams, to reach you about tee times and payment, to give LOCAL a headcount, and to have an emergency contact on file for the day of the event.

Only the event organizers. Registration data is never displayed on any public page of this site. The public team board shows first name and last initial only, and only after the organizers publish the reveal.

If you select 'please keep me out of photos', organizers will not include you in the group photo or share images of you from the event.

Interac e-Transfers are handled entirely through your bank. This website never sees, stores, or processes any banking or card information — it only records whether an organizer has marked your CA$100 as received.

Registration records are kept until the event wraps up and prizes are handed out, then deleted within 60 days unless you ask us to keep you on the list for next year.

Email the organizers at scott13curtis@yahoo.ca with your reference number and we'll remove your record. If you withdraw before the deadline, your spot goes to the next person on the waitlist.
